Who are we ?
Since 2012, Cindy's Home has been a family-run Airbnb concierge service, founded by Cindy and Fabien, a couple driven by a passion for hospitality and personalized service.
Cindy manages your listings and communication with guests, while Fabien takes care of maintaining your accommodations.
Based in the Île-de-France region, we support owners in the complete management of their short-term rentals, with a personalized, caring and professional approach.
From creating the ad to welcoming guests, including cleaning and maintenance, we offer high-quality, responsive, and personal support—the opposite of large, impersonal structures.
At Cindy's Home, every property is unique, every guest is listened to, and every stay is managed with the utmost care.
All-inclusive formula
We allow you to completely delegate the rental management of your accommodation: we take care of everything, from A to Z.
We charge a 20% commission directly on rental income.
No additional fees.
Setting up on Airbnb, photos, creating the listing, cleaning between each rental and managing guests: everything is included!

Preparing the Airbnb
We prepare your Airbnb with our linens, restock the essentials (coffee, tea, shampoo, shower gel), adapt the decor if necessary and add a welcoming touch so that each guest feels at home from the moment they arrive.
